I used to spend my Mondays copying restaurant details into a spreadsheet. Now I run one search, enrich the list, and I am cold-emailing by 10am.

Pulled 400+ dentists across three cities in an afternoon and came out with hundreds of contactable emails. The part that sold me was the CSV landing in my sequencer without a single manual fix.

The weekly monitoring is what keeps me subscribed. New gyms show up in my list before they have picked an agency.

The problem

There is no email address on a Google Maps listing

Which is why every tool promising to “extract emails from Maps” either guesses them from a pattern or quietly returns nothing. We go to the one place the address is actually published - the business's own website - find the contact page and read it. Expect 50-70% of businesses with a website to expose at least one address; for the rest you still get the phone and socials.

How it works

Search, enrich, keep it current

From a Google Maps query to a contact list you can email - and a pipeline that refills itself.

  1. Search Google Maps

Type any business category - "plumber", "restaurant", "dentist" - then pick a city and country. Results come from the official Places API.

  2. Review your leads

Every match lands in one table: business name, address, star rating, review count, phone number and website, ready to scan.

  3. Enrich and export

Enrich one row or the whole list. Emails, extra phone numbers and social profiles fill in, then export the lot to CSV.

  4. Save and watch

Move the businesses worth chasing into a list, mark who you have contacted, and let us re-run the search every week so newly opened businesses arrive on their own.

Features

Everything you need to prospect faster

Built for one job: getting from a Google Maps search to an outreach-ready contact list without leaving the page.

Bulk enrichment

One click enriches the entire list, six websites at a time. Unlimited on every paid plan - there is no per-email surcharge.

New-business alerts

Re-run a saved search every week or month and get emailed only the businesses that were not there last time.

Lists with a status per lead

Mark every saved lead new, contacted, won or lost, with notes. Saving the same business twice never resets it.

Social profiles

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X/Twitter links, so you have a fallback channel when a business hides behind a contact form.

Extra phone numbers

Numbers published on the website itself, on top of the one Google Maps already returns.

CSV export

All 12 fields in one file - every Maps field plus the enriched contact data. Opens in Excel, Sheets or any CRM.

127 countries

Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa - all in one dropdown.

Search history

Every search is kept forever with its results, so you can revisit, re-enrich or re-export one without running it again. Lists are for the leads you picked out; history is the raw search.

Wider coverage

Grid search sweeps a whole city instead of one point on the map, up to 320 businesses from a single query. Pro and Agency can page beyond that.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Google Maps lead generation with Maps to Lead.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every account starts with 2 free searches and 10 free enrichments - no credit card. You run them against real Google Maps data and real business websites, so you can check the results are genuine before paying. Email addresses are shown with the domain visible and the rest hidden (like c•••••t@example.com) until you subscribe; the full addresses are already found and unlock the moment you do. Paid plans start at $19/month.

How does Google Maps lead generation work?

Maps to Lead queries the Google Maps Places API for any business category and location you choose. It returns a structured list of local businesses with their name, address, phone, rating and website. You then enrich each result to automatically extract emails, social profiles and additional contact info directly from their websites.

Can I extract email addresses from Google Maps?

Google Maps itself doesn't show email addresses. Maps to Lead solves this: after pulling the business list from Maps, it scrapes each company's website and extracts email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X/Twitter profiles automatically.

How many leads can I generate per search?

Each search returns up to 320 business leads from Google Maps, depending on the coverage level you choose. On Pro and Agency plans you can also load additional pages of results from the same query to build an even larger list.

Which countries are supported?

Maps to Lead supports 127 countries across every populated continent - all of Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy; the United States, Canada and Mexico; Central and South America from Brazil to Chile; Asia-Pacific from Japan and India to Australia and Singapore; the Gulf and wider Middle East; and 20+ African markets including South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt and Morocco.

What data fields do I get for each lead?

From Google Maps: business name, full address, phone number, website URL, star rating and review count. After enrichment: email addresses, LinkedIn profile, Facebook page, Instagram handle, X/Twitter profile, and additional phone numbers found on the website.

Can I export leads to a spreadsheet or CRM?

Yes - every paid plan includes one-click CSV export with all 12 fields, so you can import directly into Excel, Google Sheets or any CRM. Export is the one thing the free tier doesn't include.

Can Maps to Lead tell me when new businesses open?

Yes. Save a search as a monitor and we re-run it every week or month, compare the result against every business that search has already returned, and email you only the ones that were not there before. They are added to a list for you, marked as new, so a monitored city keeps feeding you businesses in the month they open rather than the year you happened to search. Each run counts as a normal search from your monthly allowance, and monitors are available on every paid plan.

Can I track which leads I have already contacted?

Yes. Save leads into lists and give each one a status - new, contacted, won or lost - plus notes. Because a business is stored once per account, saving the same one again never resets the status or notes you set: re-run last month's search and Maps to Lead shows you which results you already have, so you only work the ones you have not.

Does Maps to Lead scrape Google Maps?

Maps to Lead uses the official Google Maps Places API - not scraping - to retrieve business listings. This makes results reliable and ToS-compliant. The website enrichment step uses our own scraper to pull contact info from each business's public website.

What happens if a search or a website returns nothing?

You don't pay for it. If the Places API call fails, the search goes back into your allowance. If a business website is dead or exposes no email, phone or social profile at all, that enrichment is refunded too. Paid plans start at $19/month and include unlimited enrichment.
